Registration Fees

Conference kit for registered and fully paid participants only.
Access to the conference for both days of the conference, including lunch, teas and snacks, for the registered and paid participants.

If authors wish to cancel their participation, post-registration and payment, registration fees will be refunded, subject to the deduction of a R2500 administration fee.
No refund after 31 July 2026

Only registered participants are allowed to attend the conference. If a paper has multiple authors, each author must pay full registration to attend the conference.
Family members or friends accompanying registered participants need to register themselves as listeners and pay the corresponding fees in order to get access to the conference.
